Our Pastoral Team
I was born and raised in Poland and the youngest of eight children. Growing up in a village where basically everybody knew everybody, and after graduating high school I worked for three years then entered the seminary in Poland (John Paul II Seminary). By the grace of God I was ordained as a deacon on June 19 and a priest on June 21, 1997.While I was in the seminary, I thought of doing missionary work just like some of my priest friends who were working in Russia, Germany, and Madagascar and so on. When the Holy Father, Benedict XVI, visited Poland in May 2006 and appealed to Polish priests to serve in countries where there is a shortage of priests, I responded to his appeal and was accepted in the Archdiocese of Edmonton. I resided at St. Joseph’s Basilica and studied English as a second language for about one year. One year I worked as an Associate Pastor at Holy Family Parish in St. Albert. On July 21, 2009 I began work as a Pastor at Our Lady of Peace Parish and now I continue my ministry here at St. Stephen’s as of Monday, September 23, 2013. I ask for your prayers knowing that the Lord will bless us on our journey. May the Lord bless our journey. Father Adam Daniluk
